CAN is a platform allowing exclusive selected members to communicate, network and exchange secure information.
Background
The CAN team wanted a secure and private network to help CAN Advisors, Partners, Thought Leaders and Staff during their daily job. A platform that could work on tablet, mobile and desktop. Ultimately an international network available anywhere and everywhere.
Approach
Working closely with the CAN and the development team, we started identifying key missions and the main features through a series of workshops. We then run the entire design process in an agile way. During each sprint of the duration of 3 weeks, we focused on a specific feature. The format of it was the same: first thing, we sketched and created prototypes with detailed wireframes to be tested with the client.


Test, Learn, Iterate
User-testing were conducted with the client during each sprint. This gave us the opportunity to collate feedback quickly and amend the journey in a quick way.


Design
After validating the UX, we worked on the design and the asset production ready to be used by the developers.








Results
CAN clients could finally stay informed thanks to a curated intelligence feed; communicate with a private messaging system and send securely confidential information.
