The AXA App is a new investment tool that helps clients view their current investment portfolio on the move and make investments easier.

Background

AXA had the need of creating an App for customers in need of understanding easily their finances and managing their investment at a glance. 

Approach

Working agile with the AXA and Monitise teams, we did several workshops to identify the different missions in order to translate complicated spreadsheets into graphic and motion design. We went through different stages of testing,where we refined the UX in order to reach the best user experience. After that, we took the existing style guide and we proceed with the design and animations. 

Features & Benefits

The AXA Wealth App is a quick and easy tool allowing customers to keep track of their investments over the past 12 months with charts, graphs and summaries. Customers are helped step-by-step in the app thanks to a series of useful videos created to walk them through the portfolio screens. On top of that, there is the option to view what type of products are making up their portfolio, the asset classes invested in and the individual investments.

Results

Customers found the app easy extremely easy to use. They liked the fresh layout, which presents data in a nice and intuitive way. Useful was the support given through summaries and videos. With the new app, clients had finally the option to access their up-to-the-minute information wherever and whenever they want.
